Our Board of Directors

The KWJF is governed by an appointed Board of Directors which oversees the programmatic agenda and assures continued commitment to the mission, goals and objectives of the foundation. The Board members are committed to seeking justice for all and have a personal and/or professional passion that connects them to the mission of the KWJF.

Tonya Anderson

– Secretary

Tonya Anderson is a native of Baltimore, Maryland, She is the proud graduate of the Institute of Notre Dame, a prestigious all girls high school. Attending an all girl school taught her some valuable lessons. One is to always strive for excellence and to give your best in all that you do. Additionally, she lives by the motto to “ Never give up, and always believe in yourself, be passionate, dedicated and committees in all that you do”.

Sharon Allison-Ottey, MD

Sharon Denise Allison-Ottey, MD is an energetic and engaging speaker, author, health educator/physician and health strategist/consultant. Dr. Allison-Ottey serves as Executive Director and Director of Health and Community Initiatives of The COSHAR Foundation. The foundation is a nonprofit organization focused on impacting the health of the world, one community at a time.

Driven initially by a unwavering search for justice and answers to questions surrounding the unexplained death of her older brother; Sherri Warren has been a quest for over a decade that has given her access to the policies and procedures that are prevailing in local, state and national law enforcement and the judicial system. Committed, passionate, unwavering and refusing to be pushed aside in her journey to find answers to why her brother was hanging from a tree in Montgomery County, Maryland in 1986 ; she channeled that energy for a greater good and founded The Keith Warren Justice Foundation (TKWJF) where she serves as the Executive Director.
